Meet Dr. Karl Schwartz
Dr. Karl Schwartz has practiced chiropractic for 21 years, the last 14 of which have been spent in Tucker, Georgia. He and his family live in the Smoke Rise community and are proud to call Tucker their home.
Dr. Schwartz is skilled in the art and science of chiropractic and loves working with patients of all ages.
Dr. Schwartz developed a passion for chiropractic after he was in a car accident and a friend suggested he see a chiropractor. At age 28, he knew nothing about chiropractic care. After the accident, what he learned was simple and succinct: health comes from within us, we just need to make sure our bodies function optimally. When we remove any pressure on our nervous system, function improves and health comes easily and naturally.
Dr. Schwartz has an associate's degree in computer science and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. After working for years in banking and finance, he knew that he had not found his calling. So, he attended Life University to receive training as a chiropractor and graduated in September 1997.
Dr. Schwartz is not just a chiropractor, he is an educator. His new patients always undergo a thorough consultation and exam to ensure the full patient history is considered. Dr. Schwartz values educating his patients about their conditions and discussing a plan that they can use to reach a greater level of overall health and wellness.
In terms of long-term goals for the practice, Dr. Schwartz aspires to a chiropractic practice that will encompass all aspects of healing: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual with the ultimate goal of maximizing the patient's health, longevity, and quality of life. Professions such as medicine, psychology, acupuncture, diet and nutrition, weight loss, and magnetic healing, massage therapy, yoga, and meditation all have tremendous impacts on our body’s ability to function at maximum capacity.
